Dan Emert, Managing Principal of Prime Investment Properties and member of Hotel Brokers International, developed the marketing strategy and led the negotiations in the transaction. The 49-room Hotel has been purchased for an undisclosed price. The Hotel will continue to operate under the Quality Inn name and branding.
The 2-story, interior corridor Hotel is strategically located off Route 26 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The location provides excellent highway access and visibility from the road. Scottsbluff is situated in western-central Nebraska and is easily accessible by highways and Interstates 80 and 76 from the north, south, east, and west. Only three miles away is the Western Nebraska Regional Airport (BFF), 13 minutes from Scotts Bluff National Monument, and 13 miles from Minatare Lake State Recreation Area. A short, three-hour drive from Denver, Colorado, or Rapid City, South Dakota, puts Scottsbluff within reach of either city. Visitors and business travelers can easily access Denver International Airport through the local airport. Also, Scottsbluff is connected to the rest of the country through Amtrak, with the train stopping in Alliance, Nebraska, a 20-minute drive from Scottsbluff.
