Alpine has completed the sale of the Baywatch Resort and the Beach Haus Resort in Traverse City, Michigan, the All Seasons Resort in Kalkaska, Michigan and the Great Lakes Inn hotel, in Mackinaw City, Michigan. All of these properties are strategically located in northern Michigan resort towns and generate strong revenues during the peak summer travel season.
