Lodging Partners announces sale of Hampton Inn, Laurinburg, North Carolina

Lodging Partners, LLC, a member of Hotel Brokers International, is pleased to announce it has arranged the sale of the Hampton Inn Laurinburg, North Carolina. The Hotel is well-located along a highly trafficked corridor of US-74 near major companies and numerous local attractions and serves as a midway point between Charlotte and Wilmington. The Hotel will remain in the Hampton System for 5 years and is well positioned to continue to benefit from the increased activity along the I-74 corridor.

We are very pleased to announce that the sale of this hotel exceeded $103,000 per room despite the challenges of a limited 5-year term to the Hampton flag. Our marketing process garnered significant attention from regional investors, and we continue to see strong investor interest in hotels throughout the Carolina region. There is a significant amount of capital in the market today actively chasing deals, and Lodging Partners is well positioned to maximize the value of our client’s hospitality assets, noted Ford Barton. Other recent sales in the region completed by Lodging Partners include a Hilton Garden Inn and Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
