The Hotel was acquired by Vrindavan LLC. Brandt Niehaus, President of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. and member of Hotel Brokers International, was the Broker in the transaction.
This 48-unit property has been completely renovated within the last two years. Bardstown is 35 miles south of Louisville, Kentucky, and boasts the title of Bourbon Capital of the World. New ownership will continue the affiliation with Best Western.
