The LaQuinta has had a $2,388,500 capital improvement in 2024 and through July 2025. That $32,719 per room has totally reimagined the hotel. Prior to the renovations, the bathroom sinks were outside the bathroom. Now the sink, toilet and shower are inside the bathroom door. The 4' tub has been replaced by a 5' shower with sliding door. The rooms are totally remodeled with all new FF&E, including all mattresses. The lobby has been reconfigured with the closed off buffet area, new tables and chairs, flooring throughout breakfast area and lobby. Elevators have been remodeled. Hallways have new wall and floor decor. Nothing has been left undone, including the fitness room. The LaQuinta is in excellent condition.
