The Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Airport was built in 2003 and most recently renovated in 2018. The Property features multiple room types and configurations, restaurant, lounge, fitness center, business center, and approximately 2,400 square feet of meeting space in two dedicated meeting rooms which can be divisible into a total of five spaces.

Ownership executed a 15-year franchise agreement with Intercontinental Hotels Group in May of 2025, subject to a Property Improvement Plan (PIP) that was to be completed by August 2027. The deadline for the PIP has been extended to December 2027, and the current owners have completed some items and are expected to complete others during the sale process. It is expected that a new owner would receive a 15-year franchise license subject to the same PIP, which is comprehensive and estimated to cost around $2.5 million.
