The company was founded in 1975 as Dial-Huff & Associates, Inc., specializing in the sale of hotels and motels. In 1994, the firm was acquired by Brandt Niehaus and rebranded Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. Since then, the business has grown into a full-service real estate firm providing a comprehensive range of services for hotel owners and lenders, including brokerage, Broker’s Opinions of Value, expert witness testimony, and consulting.
