Our managing principal Dan Emert has been in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. He began his career in restaurant ownership and management later shifting his career path to commercial brokerage, with a focus on hotel and motel sales. Dan is dedicated in his goal to provide the resources and market knowledge of a large firm yet, with personal attention and commitment seen in a boutique setting. Dan is currently licensed in Colorado, Georgia, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Missouri, with co-brokerage relationships established in most other states. He is experienced and successful within the Ten-X auction platform, as well as the private and public marketing of hotel assets. Dan is an active member of the HBI organization as well as his local community. Outside of work, Dan is a Board member and active volunteer for Routt County Search & Rescue.

Leslie Corey
VP Marketing and Operations
As VP of Marketing and Operations, Leslie is responsible for all backend business and marketing guidelines and strategy. With a background in sales, marketing, and management, she has demonstrated success in increasing revenue and optimizing operations. Leslie is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania. Originally from Pittsburgh, the mother of four resides with her family in Wyncote, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia.
